OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES INCLUDES:
- Remaining Life Assessment (RLA) of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment
- Unit health evaluation, i.e. the overall assessment of the technical integrity, condition, and performance of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment (with partners)
- Specialized technical support for Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment on a continuous (24/7) or as-needed basis
- Advice the customer’s own or contracted personnel engaged in the installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, inspection, and maintenance of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment
- Advice the customer regarding methods and procedures for the installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, inspection, and maintenance of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment
- Independent review of inspections performed on Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment by the customer’s own or contracted personnel
- Manage the process of planning, scheduling, and execution of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment shutdowns
- Spare parts management for Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment, i.e. spare parts recommendation, interchangeability check, inventory check, and identification of non-moving parts
- On-site training of the customer’s own or contracted personnel in the operation and maintenance of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment
- Assist the customer with an independent Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Rotating and Heat Transfer Equipment failures.
